- Game Pass Ultimate can be extended to a maximum of 36 months in all countries where it’s available.
- Game Pass Core, Game Pass for Console, and PC Game Pass can be extended to a maximum of 36 months in all countries where they’re available except for the following, where the limit is 13 months: Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Singapore, Taiwan, and Türkiye.

A expirat cam la 2 luni.
Am nevoie de ajutor cu un sfat.
Am cumparat core si apoi GPU dar in loc sa iau de Xbox S am luat de Xbox One - nu am fost atent.
Problema e ca nu imi merge GPU pe consola Xbox S.
Ce pot sa fac?

Sa mai iau un cod de GPU pentru Xbox S si sa dau redeem? Ar merge?

Ia-o de la capat ca nu mai inteleg nimic. Ai un singur cont, nu? Ce apare ca ai la subscriptii cand mergi pe linkul ce ti l-am dat mai sus?

Codurile nu au legatura cu consolele, ele se aplica pe cont.

Am avut Game Pass Ultimate pentru Xbox S pana in februarie 2024.
In aprilie 2024 Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription a fost anulata.
Aseara am cumparat:
2 x Xbox Game Pass Core - 12 Month Membership (WW)
1 Month Xbox Game Pass Ultimate Xbox One / PC
Am adaugat cheile in contul de Microsoft.
Am verificat consola si am vazut ca GPU nu merge.
Banuiesc ca e din cauza ca eu am consola Xbox S iar codul de GPU era pentru Xbox One "1 Month Xbox Game Pass Ultimate Xbox One / PC".
Nu am fost atent si in loc sa iau pentru Xbox S am luat pentru Xbox One.
Ce as putea face?

PS : Am pus o poza de la Subcriptions.

Cum ziceam, codurile nu sunt in functie de consola, acel "Xbox One / PC" e doar un titlu ca sa prinda cand cineva da search pe acel magazin.

Cum ai verificat ca nu merge? Ai descarcat un joc din Gane Pass si ti-a dat eroare cand l-ai deschis? Ce scrie in eroare?

Se pare ca la multe jocuri imi cere sa platesc.
Inainte nu era asa.
Cand ma duc la Game Pass Ultimate imi apare ca trebuie sa platesc - vezi atasat.

Forza Horizon 4 era gratuita pana in februarie. Acum e cu bani. Vezi atasat.
Dar alte jocuri spre exemplu FIFA merge acum fara bani.

Ceva pare ca nu e bine.

Daca mergi la "Settings - Account - Subscriptions" apare ca ai GPU?

Daca da, ai putea incerca sa dai un forced restart la consola. Tine apasat pe Xbox button pe controller si alege Restart console.

Merge!!!

Problema era ca baietii isi facusera un alt cont cu o alta adresa de mail care nu era legat de contul meu Microsoft.
Pe acel cont nu era nimic la "Settings - Account - Subscriptions".

Umbland pe acolo am observat ca era alta adresa de mail decat cea legata de contul meu de Microsoft.
Am facut logout si login cu contul corect si a mers.
