Hai ca a inceput sa-si "revina"... Se vede ca au bagat la greu in features, dupa ce au primit atat de multe impresii negative.
combatul mi se pare asemanator cu cel din assassins creed...adica e spectaculos si la inceput e fun dar pe masura ce avansezi in joc iti dai seama cat de simplist si lipsit de challenge e..
Jocul oricum imi place, datorita temei, dar animatiile alea nu mi se par fluide deloc.
Fata de ce au prezentat la E3, eu zic ca a evoluat enorm. Da, inca nu se compara cu ceea ce vazusem initial (parea a fi un GoW killer), insa eu zic ca e de bine. Nu se vrea in niciun caz a fi un GOTY sau mai stiu eu ce, dar pentru o consola next-gen, e unul din jocurile care arata ce se poate (ma refer strict la texturi si efecte). Sper sa fie 1080P.
Asa cum Sony n-are un Halo-killer n-ai sa vezi un GoW-killer de la MS. Fie ca se cheama Ryse, F@ll sau Crouch tot nu se va compara cu GoW.
Ma refeream la gen... si Ryse (cu ale sale triggered actions) seamana cu GoW. Ca detalii pare a fi cu mult peste GoW, dar cam atat momentan (vedem la gameplay ce si cum). Cat despre Halo killer, don't get me started. Halo 4 pentru mine a fost unul din putinele jocuri pe care mi-a parut rau ca am dat banii. Dupa vreo 30 de minute de "incercari de jucat", l-am aruncat la "gunoi". Decat asemenea "killer games", prefer oricand incercari mai "originale". Nu stiu cat de bun e tipul asta, dar conform lui Cevat Yerli (Crytek CEO), Ryse nu ar fi fost stabil la 1080p nici pe PS4... Initial la ce vroiau ei sa faca, 1080p nu tinea nici macar un super calculator, daramite "next-genul" asta.
P.S. Bineinteles... poate sa fie doar inca o alta scuza...

Game Informer editor Dan Ryckert has shared his thoughts after spending a couple hours playing Xbox1 Launch Title Ryse: Son of Rome
- I spent two hours with the Xbox One title, but it felt like I was entering random numbers into a computer rather than actually playing a video game.
- After a painfully generic story intro, the game began teaching me similarly uninspired combat mechanics. While it tries to sound like an in-depth action game with familiar elements like perfectly-timed blocks and focus meters, the actual experience is anything but deep.
- With my left hand completely off the controller, I was able to slice and dice through tons of enemies simply by inputting the same sequence ad nauseum. On a couple of occasions, the game would shift to sequences that involved me defending an area with crossbow stations or ordering my men to block arrows with their shields. These were somehow even less exciting than the tedious swordplay.

- Ryse: Son of Rome feels like all sizzle and no steak. It's a procession of CPU-controlled warriors lining up to fall on protagonist Marius' sword in a stylish slow-mo ballet of blood and dismemberment. Killing enemies feels less and less triumphant with each strike, which is kind of a problem when the main focus of the game is seeing just how high you can stack the corpses.

Aha, ridicol.Ryse: Son of Rome's multiplayer will be bolstered after launch with four DLC packs available as part of a $20 season pass. Microsoft Studios and Crysis today announced their post-launch plans for the game's online Gladiator mode.
The four packs will add a total of 14 new maps to the original 11, an unannounced mode, six skins, and "access to a new tier of weapons and armor." The packs will also be available individually, but you can only get an exclusive sword and shield "with bonus attributes" by buying the pass.
Ryse will also let players spend real-world money to speed up in-game unlocks. It will release alongside Xbox One on Nov. 22.

@MonkY: Am editat acum sa reflecte acest lucru. Nu-mi place notarea de la 1-5, ingreuneaza compararea notelor si m-am gandit sa fie exprimate toate notele la fel atunci cand vin si restul reviewurilor.
Eu vad ca i-a dat 2 din 5.
Mie imi place pe partea vizuala... vad ca multi se plang de combat. O fi chiar atat de rau? Oricum, asta ar merita ca joc "la reducere"...
