Round 4 moves at twice the speed of Round 3; blazing along at 60 frames per second. Sometimes the speed can be almost too much, especially if you're used to the more methodically paced FNR3. Punches fly at incredible speeds and upper-body movements and contortions can look almost unrealistic at times thanks to the increased frames per second (FPS).
The gameplay has also been overhauled considerably. Players will need to adjust to the total absence of the parrying system in the previous game. No longer can you parry a punch to get a three-second opening to clock your opponent in his mug. Now it's all about dodging punches and looking for those split-second openings, just like a real boxer.

eu cel putin nu vad nici o diferenta, doar ca arata foarte bine din punct de vedere vizual pe ambele console.

Fight Night Round 4 has a “new and improved” TPC system that is more responsive than the original system. To the chagrin of many Fight Night fans you can no longer choose between using the TPC or the face buttons. Some fans of the Fight Night series have been more vocal then others and have gone as far as to say they are canceling their pre-orders based on this one concern.
