Tipic pentru ActiVision si seria Call of Duty, Black Ops primeste un DLC. Primul DLC numit First Strike pentru noul joc Call of Duty contine 5 harti, 4 pentru multiplayer iar 1 pentru modul zombie. Cele patru harti vor fi Kowloon, Discovery, Berlin Wall și Stadium, pe fiecare harta existand un element special, pe Kowloon se gaseste un zip-line, pe Discovery o prapastie va desparti cele doua jumatati ale hartii, trecerea fiind realizata folosind un pod de gheata ce poate fi distrus, Berlin Wall avand turele automate. DLC-ul va fi disponibil pe Xbox Live(Momentan exclusiv) incepand cu 1 Februarie la pretul de 15$.
