Orcs Must Die Artifacts of Power DLC Now Available on PC, Discount Included

Robot Entertainment has announced that the Artifacts of Power downloadable content for its extremely impressive Orcs Must Die action tower defense title is now available on the PC platform, from the Steam digital distribution service.



The downloadable add-on brings new weapons, including the Vampiric Gauntlets, which allow you to drain the life from enemies or your own in exchange for mana, and the Alchemist�s Satchel, which consists of a series of acid bombs perfect for crowd control.

Two new traps are also included, in the form of the Shock Zapper, a roof-mounted, lightning rod-type device that shocks enemies, both those on the ground or in the air, and the Floor Scorcher, a pop-up trap that flings those who step on it and throws fire onto those near it.

The traps can be upgraded so that's an even bigger incentive to go back through the levels and try out these new toys to get a maximum skull rating.

Orcs Must Die Artifacts of Power DLC is now available on Steam, with a 20 percent discount, and is expected on the Xbox 360 soon. Until then, check out the trailer for the add-on above.
