O explicatie mai "pro" aici - "The headset uses the 2.4ghz frequency, the same as Wi-Fi. If your dongle or headset is very close to a Wi-Fi transmitter such as a wireless router or Wi-Fi adapter inside your computer it could cause interference. Try rebinding your dongle to your head set by pushing the reset button on the dongle and then turn on the head set while holding down the mute and VSS buttons. hopefully the headset will bind on a cleaner channel. one other thing you can try is to change the Wi-Fi channel on your router to Channels 1, 2, 5, 6, 9, or 10 If this does not work get a USB extention cable to place your dongle farther away from your computer/router. 2.4ghz also does not penetrate objects very well, if anything is in-between the dongle and the left side of the headset (including your own head!) it could greatly limit the range of your headset so if possible position the dongle on the left side of your body in line of sight of your headset."
