Pandemic Studio a avut o saptamana extrem de grea pierzand o mare parte din angajati si au fost si cumparat de catre Electronic Arts, dar compania a reusit sa duca la bun sfarsit proiectele pe care le aveau in desfasurare. Conform lui Mathew Everett, managerul comunitatii companiei Pandemic, The Saboteur este finalizat si a ajuns in stadiul de gold "This has been a very difficult week for Pandemic Studios, but does not change the fact that a team of amazing people worked very hard to make The Saboteur a great game that fans will be able to enjoy this holiday season". Jocul va fi lansat pe PS3, Xbox 360 si PC pe data de 4 decembrie in Europa si 8 decembrie in America de Nord.
