It's apparently available everywhere that's not Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, India, Ireland, Mexico, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Sweden, and Switzerland, but the link to the game's Marketplace space doesn't appear to be working for us just yet so it might be a little time before it appears in the regions that're supposed to be getting it. We shall see.
