Sony is once again hosting their quarterly auction for users of the PlayStation Retail Loyalty Site, but one of the items caught our “eye”. It was non-other than the PlayStation Eye, but this time we noticed something different. Sony listed the item as the PS3 Eye 2.

VUDU movie service coming to PS3 on November 23 | Joystiq
For those unfamiliar with the service, VUDU offers "more than 4,000 HD movies," which VUDU claims makes it the "world's largest HD library." The subscription-free service gives members access to on-demand rentals and purchases, in SD or the costlier "HDX" format -- 1080p HD with Dolby Digital Plus 5.1 surround sound. Prices are comparable to PSN's native video store, but thrifty PS3 owners will want to comparison shop. For example, VUDU's "$2 for 2 nights" rental specials generally undercut Sony's offerings, whereas PSN's "Deal of the Week" specials usually best VUDU's prices.
To encourage newcomers to try out the service, VUDU is offering a free $5.99 credit to new registrants, "enabling them to watch their first HD movie on the service for free.

On November 17, 2006, the PlayStation 3 launched in North America allowing everyone, everywhere, to Play B3yond. Join us here at PlayStation LifeStyle in a birthday celebration for our favorite console.
Upon launching at an exorbitant price tag of $600, the PS3 was met with a lot of criticism from the press and consumers alike. Many questioned Sony’s inclusion of Blu-ray, which was fiercely battling HD-DVD in the most recent bout of format wars. Despite the minor qualms, the console still launched to a sell-out, with Ebay prices reaching as high as $17,500 and launch night shootings making news headlines.
Much has changed since then. The PS3 is now at a value price of $299.99, slimmed down considerably, Blu-ray is standard, there is a VP of awesomeness instead of a crying baby, PS3 games are pushing boundaries more than ever and its future proof design is standing the test of time better than expected.
Knowing Sony’s commitment to their user-base, you can expect to continue to play new games on your PS3, for at least another 4 years.

VG247 � Blog Archive � Kingdom Under Fire II coming to PS3
Blueside’s announced it’s releasing Kingdom Under Fire II for PS3.
The MMO was previously announced for PC and Xbox 360, but Blueside CEO Sejung Kim says the reason PS3 was picked was “because PS3 offers “many possibilities considering the aspects of an MMORPG that requires continuous updates.”
Exclusive missions and characters have also been confirmed for the PS3 version.
Only the above version and the PC SKU were mentioned – Blueside is “still under discussion with Microsoft, and nothing has been confirmed,” it told Eurogamer about the future of the 360 version.
Blueside’s also promised to maximise the PS3 experience for the MMO by optimising the game’s engine.
Kingdom Under Fire II for PS3 is out in 2012.
am gasit acest forum astazi....si sunt foarte multzumit....poate gasesc si eu niste solutzi sau sugesti...finka sunt disperat am cautat peste tot si nici un raspuns....acuma marea problema este...am un psr din 2007, 40 gb....timp de 2 ani totul bine si frumos...insa acum un an de zile pur si simplu dintro data sa blocat in fifa 2008 in timp ce jucam online....si de atuncea nu mai citeste nici un cd.....am sunat cam in toata tzara la toate service urile....si nimica nici un raspuns nu se repara in romania...daca este cineva sa ma ajute sau sa ma indrume cu ceva.....ashi fi verry happy.....
