Microsoft launches CPU-GPU combined Xbox 360 SoC - International Business Times

Software giant Microsoft has announced the release for the new SoC (System-on-chip) processor of the new Xbox 360 250GB Slim Kinect-ready model.
Microsoft has designed the processor particularly to counter the market threats from AMD’s next generation Bulldozer and Bobcat processor technology.

The processor has been manufactured with the IBM/GlobalFoundries 45nm process and is the first production desktop-class processor which will combine CPU, GPU, memory, and I/O logic onto a single silicon and can be a tough competitor for AMD’s Fusion and Intel’s Sandy Bridge processors.

Officials at Microsoft announced that the combination has been made to allow better power efficiency. The processors are expected to be cheap as manufacturing will be inexpensive due to fewer chips. The heat management has also been enhanced and the sizes of the motherboard and the power supply unit have been drastically reduced.

Calling all Greater Seattle steampunks! I need people to show up in steampunk finery to have photos taken for video game artwork for a steampunk game currently in development. Wear your own steampunk clothing or show up and we�ll put you in costume. Snacks and beverages will be provided and a good time will be had by all!

If you have steampunk outfits that are Victorian British military, French military, Confederate or Pirate-y themed, please bring them, as they would suit the game quite well. (extra points for Naval military themes)

Also, any photographers willing to donate their time are more than welcome to bring a camera and their skills so that we may have more coverage of the fabulous-looking people who are sure to be there.

I s-a mai intamplat cuiva sa-si tina savegame-urile pe un stick USB si sa i se corupa?
Am pierdut savegame-ul la Borderlands.. acu ceva vreme la Forza 3 (level 40 si ceva si o groaza de masini).. Splinter Cell Conviction..

Cat am salvat in memoria interna n-am avut niciodata probleme.

Eu mi-am copiat salvarile pe stick. Totul a fost ok, pana cand, unele salvari (nu toate) s-au dus naibii. Data corrupted.

E doar parerea mea : cred ca mai poti lua "ceva" pe el, dar depinde ce intelegi tu prin ceva, chiar tu ai zis ca acum poti folosi orice stick USB. In plus e SH si fara garantie. Nu vreau sa te descurajez, dar eu as fi bucuros daca as primi 20 lei pe el
