Microsoft has said that it�s not worried about any potential confusion that may arise from Project Natal changing its name to Kinect.Director of Product Management for Xbox Aaron Greenberg told IGN that, as far as Microsoft was concerned, most of the market never knew of the product anyway.�What�s interesting is that despite everything we�ve done for Natal � and people are very excited about it � the actual awareness around the name is not as high as you would think,� he said.�I think the right time is now. One, we love the name, so that helps. Two, people will realize it makes sense�It fits. Then three, a lot of people that are going to be watching and learning about this for the first time ever, they�re going to learn about the new name.�Greenberg also added that he hopes Microsoft�s antics, which involved Cirque-du-Soleil launching Kinect, will help the device appeal to a wider audience.�That�s our belief, that [Kinect] has this universal appeal and it�s not just this thing for current owners. It delivers all new experiences for us, but it also enables non-gamers, it enables people that never thought of gaming as a way to interest them.�Microsoft certainly seems to have made some sort of impact, with Kinect trending on Twitter and having journalists everywhere talking about it.We will find out what more Microsoft have in store for us with the camera and more at its main presser tonight.

Phil Spencer also reiterated what Don Mattrick said this time last year by saying Kinect would be compatible with previous 360 models and future ones as well.

The game runs at 60 FPS and is controlled by steering with your hands and also allows you to move your head around to check out the car interior.
It looks awesome .
Rumor no more folks, Sega has announced Sonic Free Riders for Xbox 360 and Kinect.
Set for release this holiday, Sonic Free Riders has full-motion body control so that you can “twist and turn your way through a range of visually stunning courses in an action-packed Sonic experience unlike any other”, said the released.
Players will be able to create a fully customizable hover board or bike and choose either a Sonic character, or use your own Avatar to ride your vehicle.
Apparently, you can use moves like “throwing, shaking, or swinging your arms to launch your items” and there will be both a single and multiplayer mode.

Jocurile care sunt 60 USD in UK au RRP 50 de lire. Deci pretul in UK va fi undeva pe la 125 de lire. Exagerat oricum avand in vedere libraria penibila de jocuri.
Eu zic pas.. pana nu scade pretul cel putin cu 50% si nu apar niste jocuri adevarate.
Toamna asta banii se duc pe Orga + Rockband 3. That's entertainment.
Oricum.. 150 usd vs 2 dildouri la 80... prefer sa nu dau banii pe dildo

This is of course a rumoured (not confirmed, made up, speculative) price; however, even though it is almost three times the price of PlayStation Move it has still shot to the top of the pre-order charts – though whether this is a sign of things to come remains to be seen. Microsoft officially revealed Kinect on Sunday following months of speculation regarding its name, release date and cost.
We still do not know the official cost, however we revealed earlier today that the price will be announced during Gamescom in August.

The video starts with Microsoft’s Scott Hinsen demonstrating the device.
He waves at the camera until it recognises him, then once the dash appears he explains how voice commands and gestures work when using Kinect.
Throughout the video, Hinsen shows how Kinect works with Zune Marketplace to pause and rewind movies, as well as how it works with your own music.
It seem perfect for people who keep losing the remote down the back of the sofa.
