Stirea nu e noua, firul a fost despartit in 4 pe alte site-uri de profil si din lipsa de alte informatii autenticitatea este indoielnica. Personal nu sunt atat de credul, un video cu intro, meniu si in-game ar fi fost de ajuns, pana acum doar apa de ploaie.

It’s no secret that Polyphony Digital’s upcoming racing simulator, Gran Turismo 5, has been taking its sweet time getting to retail shelving. After experiencing two poorly timed delays, gamers are often joking whether Duke Nukem Forever will see a retail release before it. Considering the time and devotion that the development team has put into it, it’s bound to be an instant success, but according to Blitz boss Andrew Oliver, it’s going to do for Sony what Avatar did for 3D movies.
Speaking in the latest issue of Esquire UK, Oliver described Sony’s racer as a major step forward that would change the way consumers look at 3D gaming.
“I’ve seen Gran Turismo 5 running in 3D and it’s stunning,” he said. “It is a major step forward. It’s gaming’s Avatar,” says Oliver.
Whether or not this is true is yet to be seen. After all, despite Avatar’s beautifully displayed 3D technology, the content behind the film was definitely lacking in terms of originality. Though some have killed themselves over a world that doesn’t exist, I doubt we’ll be seeing anything similar once they’ve completed a go around with Gran Turismo 5.
