Thank you for contacting iTunes Store Support. My name is July and I'm your Advisor today.
I understand that you wish to purchase an app for your company and you would like for the invoice to reflect your company's billing information. I realize the importance of this issue and how eager you must be to have this addressed. Let me provide information.
In this case, I suggest that you make corrections to your account information to reflect your business name/address, phone number and credit card. To do this, follow these steps:
1) Sign out of the iTunes Store by choosing Sign Out from the Store menu in iTunes.
2) Visit the My Apple ID website at:
http://appleid.apple.com
3) If the site is not displayed in your preferred language, click the flag icon in the lower-right corner of the page, then select your country from the next page.
4) Click the "Manage your Apple ID" button.
5) Type your iTunes Store account name (which is your Apple ID) in the Apple ID field, type your password in the password field, then click the Sign In button.
6) Click "Addresses" in the column on the left. Look at your shipping addresses at the bottom. If you have multiple shipping addresses, remove any out-of-date or duplicate addresses by clicking Delete. Also, make sure the state or province field is filled out correctly for each address. To edit an address, click Edit.
7) Now click "Phone Numbers" on the left. The area codes should be in the area code fields and the phone numbers should be in the phone number fields. If an area code is missing, or if it is in a phone number field, your account information may not save properly.
8) Make any other necessary corrections, then click the Save Changes button.
9) Click Log out in the upper-right corner.
When you make your next iTunes Store purchase, you will be asked to review your billing information. At that point, you can change your information or simply click Done. After that, you should be able to purchase items.
Also, please make the necessary changes from your iTunes Store account as well. To update your billing address or credit card number, follow these steps:
1) Make sure you're using the latest version of iTunes. It can be downloaded free of charge from the Apple website:
Apple - iTunes - Download iTunes Now
Note: Installing the latest version of iTunes will not affect your library or any items in your account that you haven't downloaded.
2) Click this link:
https://buy.itunes.apple.com/WebObje...accountSummary
iTunes will automatically launch and the sign-in dialog will appear.
3) If you are not already signed in, you will need to enter your iTunes Store account name and password and then click the Account Info button.
4) On your Apple Account Information page, click Edit Payment Information.
Make the necessary changes. Your billing address should be exactly the same as the address on your credit card statement. This is important, because even differences in punctuation, abbreviation, and capitalization can cause payment errors that might prevent you from using the iTunes Store.
5) When all of the information is up to date, click Done.
When you update your billing information, the iTunes Store places an authorization hold on your credit card to verify your account information. You might see this authorization request on your online statement. This is not an actual charge; it is simply a test to confirm that your credit card account is active and has credit available to accommodate transactions.
Authorization requests are automatically removed from your account by your financial institution. The amount of time it takes to remove authorization requests varies by financial institution. If you have any questions about the way your financial institution handles authorization requests, please contact their customer-service department.
I hope this information helps. If you have more questions about the iTunes Store, please let me know.
